## Privacy
Short, because there genuinely is not much. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell anything to anybody, and we never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

1 · What we store
Your wallet address, if you pledge, enter a race or sign into the arena. Along with what you signed and when. We need it to know who took part, and for the race and giveaway draws to be checkable by anyone afterwards.
Your email, only if you type it into the waitlist box. It is used to tell you when something happens and nothing else. Ask and we will delete it.
That is the list.
2 · What is already public, whatever we do
A blockchain is a public record. Your address, your balance, every transfer you have ever made and every signature you submit here are visible to anyone, forever, on the explorer. We could delete everything we hold and none of that would change.
The pledge roster is published deliberately, at /api/pledge/roster. A giveaway draw that only we could check would not be a fair draw — publishing the list is what lets anyone re-run it and get the same winners.
3 · What we never ask for and never want
Your seed phrase. Your private key. Ever.
Anyone asking for either is stealing from you, including anyone claiming to be us. Every action here is a transaction you approve in your own wallet, and we cannot move your tokens.
We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth, or any document.
4 · Your secret, if you forge
Forging generates a secret in your browser. It is kept in that browser's local storage and offered to you as a download. Only its fingerprint goes to the chain.
We never receive it. That is the point — it is what stops anyone, including us, predicting or steering what your Machine turns out to be. It also means we cannot recover it for you. If you lose it, that Machine can never be revealed.
5 · Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which sees the ordinary request information any web host does, including your IP address, for delivering pages and blocking abuse.
Some pages read live data from Robinhood Chain's public node, its block explorer, and a public price feed. Your browser talks to those directly, so they see your IP as any site you visit would. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
There is no advertising network here, no analytics product, no session recorder and no tracking pixel. We have not embedded anything whose business is watching you.
6 · Cookies
We set no tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
The site does use your browser's own local storage for conveniences that never leave your device: whether the sound is on, which channels you muted, and your forge secret. Clearing site data removes them — including the secret, which is why the download exists.
7 · Deleting things
Ask and we will delete your email and any wallet address we hold, other than what has already been published as part of a completed draw — removing that would break the checkability the draw depends on.
We cannot delete anything from the chain. Nobody can.
